Cancellation Policy
At Vine City Sports, we understand that plans can change. Our goal is to offer flexibility while also honoring the time and resources of our team and other patrons. Please review the following cancellation and refund guidelines for space rentals and programming.
Facility Rentals
Cancellations:

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled rental time will receive a full refund or credit toward a future booking.

Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of the scheduled time may receive a 50% refund or partial credit.

Same-day cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) are non-refundable, except in cases of emergency or at Vine City’s discretion.
No Shows:
If no notice is given and the renter does not arrive, the full rental fee is non-refundable.
Participant Notification:
In the event of a cancellation, it is the renter’s responsibility to communicate with and notify all participants involved in their class, event, or rental session. Vine City does not contact participants on behalf of renters.
Programs, Classes, or Events
Classes & Workshops:

May be canceled up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund or class credit.

Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
Recurring Programs:

Require written notice (email or in-person) at least 7 days before your next billing cycle to avoid future charges.

Refunds are not issued for missed classes unless due to a documented emergency or cancellation by Vine City Sports.
Emergencies & Weather-Related Closures
In the case of inclement weather or facility-related closures, you will be given the option to reschedule, receive a full refund, or apply a credit toward future use.
